Taq 2X Mastermix contains all necessary components for the amplification of DNA target from colony PCR, Gene amplification and cDNA products. User needs to add only primers and DNA template.

Use of Taq 2X Mastermix (for 25 ml reaction volume)

Template:                                                         5-10 ng

Primers (forward and Reverse):                 0.1-1 mM

Mastermix (2X):                                              12.5 ml

Nuclease Free Water:                                   Make upto 25 ml
