2X concentrated solution for PCR contains dNTPs, HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase, Mg+2, SYBR GREEN I and other critical reaction components. For amplification, just add primers and DNA template in the reaction mixture for routine Real Time PCR and 2nd Strand Synthesis from cDNA. The expected amplification length is upto 5kb.
