1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit

D- Script 1st strand cDNA synthesis kit contains modified reverse transcriptase from Moloney Murine Leukaemia Virus (M-MuLV). This enzyme is capable of synthesizing cDNA upto 12 kb in length at 42oC. This reverse transcriptase enhances thermal stability and reduces RNAse H activity.

D- Script - 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit Components contains,

·        Extrapure dNTPs (10µM Each), 50µL

·        Random Hexamers (50µM), 50µL

·        Oligo(dT)18 (50µM), 50µL

·        RNase Inhibitor (40U/µL), 25µL

·        D-Script Reverse Transcriptase (200U/µ), 50 µL

·        5X RT Reaction buffer, 0.5mL

·        DTT(100mM), 50µL

·        Nuclease Free Water, 1 mL
